WEEK 1

After being on InstaDiet for seven full days, you will start to experience increased energy levels, accelerated metabolism, enhanced sleep quality and just a positive uplifting state of mind. But here’s the best part.. noticing the physical change!


WEEK 2 TO WEEK 4

Depending on your goals, with InstaDiet you will consistently notice yourself changing, as long as you stay dedicated and true to your diet plan. Whilst we don’t recommend it, you can even have a cheat meal for a special occasion, date night, or a Sunday brunch, as long as you go back to your plan right after. Even if you have an off-day where you don’t want to follow your plan, InstaDiet does leave room for you to supplement your meal with fruits and vegetables, preferably with your dinner. (please refer to diet manual).
