You can return the InstaDiet hamper within 7 days from the delivery date under the following conditions:
- An issue with the taste of the meal
- One or more than one meal is missing from the hamper
- The meal packaging is damaged
InstaDiet return policy is applicable on 4-week & 8-week diet plans only. To return your hamper, write to us at email@example.com stating your order number, the reason for return and a list of missing/damaged meals. Upon receiving your email, our team will take 2-3 days to respond to your request.
Once we approve your return, you will have to ship the hamper yourself to the following address.

We expect you to return the hamper in its original condition. Failing to do so, please note that we will charge you:
- ₹150 for each missing/damaged/consumed breakfast & snacks
- ₹200 for each missing/damaged/consumed lunch meals
- ₹300 for each missing/damaged/consumed dinner meals
- ₹350 for each missing/damaged/consumed premium products (paneer, chicken and mutton dishes)
Once we receive the InstaDiet hamper at our office, we will take up to 7 days to investigate your reasons for return. You will be eligible for a refund provided your reasons for returning the hamper are valid. The refund amount will be determined after deducting the charges for any missing/damaged/consumed meals from your side. You will receive the calculated refund amount within 24-48 hours after we initiate the refund.
*An additional fee of ₹500 will be charged for processing the refund from our end.
*Our refunds are subject to scrutiny. If we do not find any problem with our meals, we will not be in the position to initiate the refund
