The refund policy applies to the 4 & 8 week plans only. Accordingly, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your InstaDiet hamper within 7 days from delivery. To return your InstaDiet hamper, you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, reason for refund and a list of missing/damaged/consumed meals from your diet plan. Upon receiving your email, our team will take 2-3 days to respond to your request.
In case of returns:
- We will charge ₹100 for each missing/damaged/consumed breakfast & snacks.
- We will charge ₹150 for each missing/damaged/consumed lunch meals.
- We will charge ₹150 for each missing/damaged/consumed dinner meals.
- We will charge ₹200 for each missing/damaged/consumed premium products.
* An additional fee of ₹100 will be charged for processing the refund from our end.
Once we approve your refund, it will be your obligation to ship the hamper to the address below.
